TERM offers execution and access to clearing at nine different  Futures Clearing Merchants (FCM).  These are margin traded accounts and TERM will assist with the entire account set up process, if this type of account fits your companies goals and objectives.

TERM Agency services

TERM will develop and implement specific hedge strategies based on each clients goals.  TERM will help each client define what type of hedging structure needs to be set up (exchange, bilateral/over the counter (OTC), physical forwards) and walk each client through the entire set up process including setting up FCM account paperwork, ISDA agreements, Master Swap Agreements with credit worthy counter-parties (Shell, BP, Cargill, etc.), and execute transactions with complete transparency on behalf of it’s clients.

TERM has developed several relationships within the oil and gas marketing industry.  TERM does not have a single physical marketing company it is tied to, which allows us to seek out the best possible physical price for the  clients we serve remaining completely objective.
