Transparent Energy Risk Management (TERM) has the Energy trading knowledge and experience to help producers, mid-stream companies, and end users develop, implement, and manage custom tailored hedging programs for their clients. TERM acts as an in-house risk management team for our clients. TERM can structure bilateral Over-the-Counter (OTC) products, exchange traded products, or exchange cleared OTC products via clearport dependent on each clients needs and goals. TERM will utilize all the various hedging strategies whether it be swaps, futures, options (puts/calls), swaptions, three way collars, etc.. Transparency and education is our number one priority while gaining and maintaining our clients trust and friendships.
